2021 Les Jamelles Cépage Rare - Vin de Pays d'Oc Marsanne 0.75 Ltr. Blanc
picture of

pale yellow colour and a relatively thick consistency. The nose is very subtle, full of nuances, with fruity aromas of peach and apricot jam, scents of white flowers (daisies, acacia flowers, white deadnettles, lilies), and red flowers. It has hints of tea and lime-blossom and, finally, honey. It is relatively rich and round on the palate, with very little acidity and notes of honey, caramel and straw on the finish.

Serve well chilled (10°C) as an apéritif, with seafood, fish or summer dishes (asparagus, mixed salads) or dishes with creamy sauces.

climate

A very sunny climate with a considerable amount of rain.

soil

Poor, stony soils.

vinification

Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (15 to 20°C). Few months ageing in vats. Contact with the air avoided. Early bottling.
