Nice light yellow color. Soft fruity taste with notes of exotic fruit and a hint of green tea. Refreshing and finely pearling. The finish is slightly fruity and yet lively.
Delicious as a refreshing, fruity aperitif without alcohol

- vinification
-
The grape juice is fermented with special bacteria that do not produce alcohol but do increase the acidity. By adding a very small amount of wine, which gives it an alcohol percentage of 0.00014%, the vinous feeling is increased. In addition, green tea and a little bit of tannin are added to enhance the wine feeling.
