70 % Merlot, 30 % Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes are hand-harvested each year and traditional methods are used throughout the winemaking process: vinification in temperature controlled steel tanks 18-22 days. Ageing for about 18 months on oak, of which 50% is first use.
